No account, no sign-in, no tracking – and no database on our side.
ContoTrip works without a user account and without a server of our own. We run no database and never get to see your expense, trip or receipt data.
Where your data lives
On your device, and – if you use iCloud – in your private iCloud. That is your Apple account; we have no access to it. You can turn syncing off at any time in the iOS settings.
What leaves the device
Three things, and only if you use them: the receipt photo for AI recognition, which goes straight from your device to your provider; a currency code when exchange rates are fetched; and a coarse location for country and currency detection, which is not stored. There are no ads and no analytics SDKs.
